Finbriva

Lending Providers

Finbriva is a multi-tenant lending platform. Each lending provider must be identified clearly before customers apply for loans, before agents collect repayments, and before any tenant-specific custom app is submitted for review.

Provider Information Required

  • Legal name and trading name used in customer-facing loan journeys.
  • Provider role, such as licensed lender, loan facilitator, or technology platform.
  • Country and operating territory for the loan product.
  • Regulator name and license, registration, approval, or reference number.
  • Business address, support email, complaint email, and complaint phone number.
  • Representative loan terms, including repayment period, maximum APR or equivalent local rate, fees, total cost example, and default notices.
  • Link or retained copy of regulator, license, or official authorization evidence for review teams.

Platform Provider Review

Finbriva must identify every active lender or loan facilitator connected to production lending workflows. If a tenant is the lender of record, that tenant's legal name, role, regulator, license reference, complaint contact, and product terms must be available before lending is enabled.

Customer and Agent Web Access

The core Finbriva launch is web-first. Public pages should explain the platform model; authenticated web views should show the tenant-specific provider attached to each customer, loan application, receipt, or complaint. Custom mobile apps are tenant-specific projects built after provider evidence is ready.

No Placeholder Providers

A tenant must not be enabled for live lending or listed in app-store declarations with placeholder, expired, unverifiable, or self-authored authorization details. Missing provider evidence is a release blocker, not a post-launch cleanup item.
