Finbriva

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Finbriva handles information across the web platform, organisation portals, and tenant API access. Finbriva is configured for Ghana-only lending and savings operations.

Web-First Technology Platform

Finbriva is currently available only for Ghana-based organisations and users. Finbriva provides web portals, workflow tools, records, disclosures, and organisation API access. Finbriva does not underwrite, approve, set terms for, or disburse loans. Each approved tenant organisation remains responsible for the loan or savings products it offers to its customers.

Information We Collect

Finbriva collects account details, contact information, organisation membership, customer records, loan and savings activity, repayment records, Ghana lending-provider compliance details, device information, and support communications needed to operate lending and susu savings workflows.

Custom Mobile Apps

The core Finbriva launch is web-first. If an organisation commissions a custom mobile app, that app may request permissions such as camera access for QR scanning or location access for field activity records. Those permissions are used only for operational workflows initiated by the signed-in user.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, manage organisations, process applications, support customer onboarding, record transactions, reconcile field activity, prevent misuse, provide support, and improve platform reliability.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with the Ghana-based organisation connected to a user account, because that organisation provides or facilitates the relevant loan, savings, and repayment services. We also share information with service providers that help us run the platform, including authentication, hosting, database, analytics, messaging, payment, and app-store distribution providers. We do not sell personal information.

Loan and Lender Disclosures

Loan applications, repayments, receipts, and support flows may show the tenant lender's legal name, regulator, license or reference number, address, complaint contact, loan principal, fees, estimated APR, total repayable amount, maturity date, and repayment reference so customers can identify the responsible lender of record.

Retention and Security

We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain audit trails. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and operational safeguards to protect information.

Your Choices

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through their organisation administrator or by contacting Finbriva support. Some financial and audit records may need to be retained where required by law or platform integrity needs.
